Crystal Beach is a quaint historic town and a wonderful lakeside community This small town is located on the Sandy Southern Shores of Lake Erie. Crystal beach fans are from all walks of life but the town has been able to retain a simple lifestyle pace – relaxed and casual. If you feel like sightseeing we are within a short drive from Buffalo, Toronto, Niagara Falls, historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, the famous wineries of the Niagara Region, and numerous world class golf courses. If you enjoy boating or fishing, there are boat ramps in the area and our paved driveway can accommodate a boat and trailer.
This lovely, modern cottage is 1400 square feet, with central air conditioning, and sits on a double lot. We are located on 295 Schooley Road - a three to four minute walk down the street to the famous white sandy beach.
It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (ensuite in master bedroom), living room with cathedral ceilings and sky lights, sunroom with french doors, and a brand new kitchen with stainless appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher) that is 33 feet long.
We have fully furnished the cottage and fully equipped the kitchen for your convenience. Nothing has to be brought except your linens and towels. If you are traveling from overseas or do not want to bring your linens we provide them for a nominal fee. If it rains you can stay indoors and enjoy satellite TV or VCR.
There is a deck attached to the cottage at the rear of the cottage and a bar-b-que and patio table & umbrella on the side patio. If you wish to relax during the evening you may do so next to the fire pit.
Payment: 50% of your balance is required at time of booking by Money Order or certified cheque. There is a $300.00 USD refundable damage deposit also required at time of booking. Cancellations require 60 days notice for a 50% refund of deposit.
